my studio

I started teaching piano in my studio this year 

and it has become a great place to compose music too.

It is such a nice space that my 16 year old is hoping 

that it will be his room. 

So I think we'll swap. 

I will be in a smaller space and won't have a sink but 

will have more sunlight and a larger window. 
It will also be a good chance for me 
to simplify my art practice. 

He will have a colder darker room, but will have more space 
and a more private place to play guitar and compose and hang out with friends. And we can always add more light and heat!

I hope that this is a good move for both of us!  

( I will miss it....)
